What Else Do You Want to Learn?

In this computer class, I learned a lot of things about computer. Before I took this class, I have used computer, but there were many things that I did not know. Therefore, basic knowledge of hardware, keyboard shortcut, and useful function of Microsoft Word were very good for me. Especially, I liked the study of HTML; it was very fun to learn because I could know about web page that I see every day. The class was so interesting!! I got enough basic skill of computer, but I want to know more about security. Recently, I often hear that the security is very important to use Internet, and there are many kinds of virus software. However, I do not know well about it, and other functions such as cookie, or firewall. And also, when I use computer, sometimes I get error messages about copy, Internet, or other serious problems, but it is difficult to solve such problems. So, I want to know basic solution of such troubles. Anyway, I like Computer!!!

Computerholic!!

I like to use computer, and I often use it for 2 hours a day. However, there is a person who is heavy user more than me, my sister!! She must be computerholic. She always stays in front of computer more that for 4 hours, and in holiday, she continues to use it more that 5 hours!! It was trouble for me until we got another laptop computer that my uncle gave to us because I also want to use it. Since the new computer came to my house, she came to use computer almost whole day!! Of course, she takes some breaks, but last Sunday, she occupied computer from 2:00 pm. to 10:00 pm.!! The trouble is our desktop computer is in my room, and my sister always uses it and she does not want to use laptop one. She says, “It is difficult to see screen!!” because she continues to stay in my room for so long times, I cannot concentrate to my work!! What does she do for such a long time? The answer is that she is addicted to make homepage and write blog!! When I see what does she do, she often use some HTML commands that like I learned in computer class in this semester, and customize her homepage. Now, she is a high school student, and younger than me, but she is well informed about making web page more than me!! Shock!!

Future of Computer

The development of technology is so rapid. Therefore, about 20 years later, I think that computer will develop more!! So, I imagine the future computer with my hope. Now, most computers are same style. There are two types of computer such as desktop computer, and laptop computer, and the shape of these computers are same, keyboard, mouse, and monitor like TV… Mac is prettier and also there are some that is stylish, but the basic shape looks same, it is not fun!! So, I imagine that future computer is more free shape one. And, I hope that the computer like robot!! There are many wonderful robots now, but my imaginary one is a computer that is a shape of robot. I hope the appearances like DORAEMON!! And, by voice, I can input commands (it is a substitute of keyboard). Maybe, only after 20 years, it may not be possible to make real doraemon, an intelligent robot. However, I think computer’s shape will have variety.

Computer Trouble

Speed that my computer worked was a source of distress until recently. When I tried to open Microsoft Word, it took long time to do that. And, when I tried to open Internet Explore, and moved to another web pages, it also took so much time to do that. Therefore I was always impatient at the lateness of movement of my computer. I am short-tempered!! However, about one week ago, my computer suddenly did not work. It was broken!! I tried my best with some little knowledge that I had, but I could not find a solution. So, I asked my uncle to help me. He has a lot of knowledge of computer, he has many computers in his home and most of them are his own work computer. When I told about my computer’s situation, he brought one of his computer, of course he made. Thanks to him, I could use computer again. And, my computer environment was improved!! The speed that computer works became very fast!!! Also, in the computer, there are three HDD!! Now, I can open Word soft very quickly, about 3 seconds. And, I can open the Internet very smoothly!! Therefore, I do not feel impatient. I got pleasant computer environment!!

Other Blogs!!

I always visit other people's blogs, and today I wrote some comments to other blogs at first time!! Everyone make good blog, there are many types of blogs such as cool blog, and pretty blog. From these blogs, I can see everyone's personality such as what kind of color does the person like? Also, I can know about different idea, opinion toward same topic!! It is very interesting. There is no same blog!! The blog that has some pictures, or is used colorful text is fun to see, and it is good study of what affect does such pictures and colors give to viewers. And, the blog that is written by clearly or well-organized sentences provide me with useful, helpful information for when I write my blog.

My Computer Purchase

If I buy a computer today, I buy ibook G4, 14-inch. It is a laptop computer of Mac. The CPU is G4, 1.42 GHz, and it has 512 K, L2 cache. Also, it has 512 MB RAM (DDR333 SDRAM). The display of this computer is 14.1-inch TFT, and the resolution is 1024×768 pixel. And, the computer has a Super Drive(DVD±RW/CD-RW) built-in. I think it is good because my desktop computer only has a Combo Drive!! Blutooth 2.0+EDR is also built-in. When I buy a computer, I am particular about the looks. I like the looks of it such as white body. It is simple looking, but it is very pretty!! Also, I like the apple mark. Now, I use desktop computer and windows OS, so I want to laptop computer next, and especially, I want to try to use Mac. Therefore, it is suitable computer for me!!

Computer News!!

From next year, we will be able to communicate between Msn Messenger and Yahoo! Messenger!! Microsoft Corp. and Yahoo! Inc. decided it on 12, Oct. 2005. They suppose that this new plan will make large global IM community. And, both companies say that they put the highest priority on security and privacy of users. Many users of both Msn and Yahoo! Messenger have hoped it. By this plan, we will be able to do many things over the wall as the different companies. For example, we can share pictorial symbols, and use voice telephone call. I think it is very useful. I also use both Msn Messenger and Yahoo! Messenger. So, if both messenger systems have connection each other, it will become more useful for communication!!

My favorite...

I like to use computer, especially netsurfing. However, now, I am absorbed in training of typing. Computer is fun!! There are various games in PC such as Solitaire Card Game, Reversi, and Chess. These are very interesting. In such games, there are typing games! The games are for training the skill of typing keyboard. Typing game is very useful because if I can type fast, I can use computer more smoothly, and also, I can finish essay more quickly by typing fast!! I have two software of typing game. One is like shooting game, and another is likerole-playing game. I can train my typing skill enjoyably. Recently, I also use Internet site of typing. I type about 218.8 words per minute, the rate of right and wrong types is about 88.4%. Everyday, I practice typing because I want to type words more quickly and accurately!!

☆Computer Gifts☆

If I had picked up money on the road and give present to someone, I would buy notebook computers and give them to my family because my family likes to use computer and see the Internet. However, in my house, there is only one desktop computer. So, we scramble to use computer. Especially, my sister loves the Internet. She always use computer at least 2 hours a day, so when she starts to use it, I cannot use soon, and I have to wait until she finishes although I have homework that is necessary to use computer. And also, sometimes, my mother and sister quarrel about the time that my sister spends for computer. Therefore, if every family member has own computer, such problems are solved. And, we can have comfortable life!!

My History with Computer...

Computer is now necessary thing for me. Everyday, I use it. Especially, I like netsurfing. Five years ago, my parents bought a computer first, so I could use computer at my house, and I could use the Internet. When I was five years old, I used computer first in my uncle’s house. I liked to play games like Pac-Man, so I remember that I liked to go to his house to use his computer. From that time, I had interest in computer. It was a beginning of my history with computer!! However, the opportunities that I used computer were very few. I used it in only classes in elementary school, junior high School, or high school. And also, the time of using computer was limited. Therefore, I have been thinking that I wanted it in my house for a long time. So, I was very happy when my family got computer. Now, I can use it whenever I want!! I cannot imagine the life that there is no computer!! Unfortunately, my computer does not work now!! Alas, I cannot use the Internet in my house!!
